OMG I HAVE IT TOO but I broke my tablet

Oh no! Well, it automatically smooths lines, maybe it’s usable with a mouse!

I do not have a mouse either.

I remember this program though. At my old university they gave us those touch screen/tablet computers, so I used this all the time in class.

Ah well that would make problems.

PFT obviously windows journal thought you needed to find the square root of something! …backwards??

I have like… faint memories of this being a feature, but I just never went near it :’Da Too bad, the templates are kinda cool, looks like one or two are even formatted for chinese/japanese writing!

I’m organizing old files since I’ll be getting a new computer very soon! While searching around to make sure I’ve found everything, I discovered Windows Journal. I… don’t think I have ever used it and didn’t know it existed. Whoops. Bye, Windows Journal.

Decided rather suddenly to start drawing some characters of mine in outfits from the various spring 2014 ready-to-wear fashion shows, then somewhere along the way I realized I was only choosing orange ones and it kind of became a theme! Which was good in the end, I would have gotten overwhelmed if I didn’t have something to focus me.

I used style.com’s fashion show slideshows as reference, they were very helpful!

have you ever attempted drawing disney characters?

"Did you see how well that scene was set up??"
I’m feeling way better these days so no more illness updates, haha. I’m even feeling well enough that I saw CAPTAIN AMERICA 2 with a friend last night! It has really good cinematography, in my incredibly inexperienced opinion! And also explosions. The movie was mostly explosions and punches with some breaks for quips and clever scene edits, and it all came together to be an introspective look on how we define peace in this paranoid, post-9/11 world. ……..No really.

Last night, just as I noticed that the swelling in my eye was receding, I realized that there was a familiar pain in my throat, one quite unlike the cold I’ve been fighting off…
…I think I’m coming down with strep throat.
This is getting ridiculous. The “Merry-Go-Round Of Illness” was supposed to be a joke, really can I get off now or what??
(Thanks you guys for the well-wishes yesterday! ;3;)

THE COLD I WAS GETTING OVER TURNED AROUND AND GAVE ME CONJUNCTIVITIS AS A GOING-AWAY PRESENT
I HATE EYE STUFF SO I WON’T GO INTO DETAILS. JEEZUM CROW IT’S BAD ENOUGH I GET WIGGED OUT BY OTHER PEOPLE’S EYE PROBLEMS, NOW I’M SITTING HERE WIGGED OUT BY MY OWN
STOP THE MERRY-GO-ROUND OF ILLNESS, I WANT TO GET OFF

Haha I must sound like a broken record, but hi guys sorry again for not posting in a while… Multitudes of reasons: busyness, life upheaval, events, not having much worth posting… but this week the main excuse is I’ve had a killer cold. Yesterday I was a faucet, today I’m coughing, fun times! I have used so many kleenex… But after a restful few days, I think I’m getting better!
There are a few projects I need to complete soon and I’m slowly getting my general inspiration sense back, so maybe that’ll mean some posts in the near future! TUMBLR I AM COUNTING ON YOU TO HOLD ME TO THIS PROMISE HAHAHACOUGH

I was tagged by foolishfools! I don’t usually do things like this but hey I love books:

Rules: In a text post, list ten books that have stayed with you in some way. Don’t take but a few minutes, and don’t think too hard — they don’t have to be the “right” or “great” works, just ones that have touched you. Tag ten friends, including me, so I’ll see your list. Make sure you let your friends know you’ve tagged them!

1. The Moorchild by Eloise McGraw

2. Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine

3. Holes by Louis Sachar

4. Mossflower by Brian Jacques

5. The Harry Potter series by JK Rowling

6. Goddess of Yesterday by Caroline B Cooney

7. Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman

8. Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi

9. The Riddle of the Labyrinth by Margalit Fox

10. Bone by Jeff Smith

THERE DONE here you go, my bookish soul laid bare. ‘Course there are more that have impacted me as well but I was limited by 8AM memory and what books are on my shelf, and I haven’t managed to recollect all my favorites from childhood (ie the first 6 on the list. I wanted to make it an even 5/5 but then I remembered Goddess of Yesterday…!)

I don’t know who to tag, I never do, do this if you want some introspection and recollection in your day!
